Barbara’s newest book, The Lost Children of Atron, Book Four follows the journey of a familiar character from book three: Lu. Lu has grown up and is now a young man and his best friend is Beatrice. One day the two of them go exploring and find a young girl who is all alone. Eventually, they return to rescue others. This book gently explores the themes of compassion and helping others who don’t know The One (Jesus). The reader sees the contrast between following The One (Jesus) versus following the world.
All of her YA Fiction books are a good read, but this one has the added distinction that it can stand on it’s on.
